Growing up in a small town in Indiana, where access to quality financial services was limited, shaped my belief that strong, mission-driven financial institutions are foundational to economic stability and opportunity.
From the teller line to the C-suite, and from credit unions to Wall Street, I have operated across every dimension of banking.
Today, I use that experience to build institutions that perform while expanding opportunity for families, businesses, and communities like the one that raised me.

For three decades, beginning on the teller line and rising to the C-suite, I have operated across retail, lending, finance, risk, technology, and enterprise strategy. That foundation allows me to align executives, boards, regulators, and teams around disciplined growth, thoughtful capital allocation, and resilient operating models built to endure.
Under my leadership, institutions have launched new digital business lines generating $25 million in deposits within four weeks, secured $68 million in capital commitments to fund next-generation operating models, and driven more than $250 million in new commercial lending commitments while doubling production within 18 months.
I’ve driven 43% digital adoption while reducing routine branch activity 60%, improved product margins 9%, strengthened capital to 9.37%, and reduced infrastructure costs by $4.5M while improving resilience and scalability.
I don’t shoot from the hip. I lead with rigor, depth, and disciplined execution. I build organizations that scale, perform, and create durable institutional strength.

The pressure on financial institutions is no longer theoretical. It is structural. Digital-first providers are resetting expectations for speed, simplicity, and personalization, while many institutions are still operating on cost structures and operating models built for a different era.

Early in my career, I taught college students about money management, advised families working toward financial stability, and navigated my own financial ups and downs. Those experiences shaped how I lead.
Financial institutions are balance sheets, operating models, and capital structures. They are also families buying homes, businesses securing liquidity, and communities building stability. I lead with the discipline required to protect the first and the empathy required to serve the second.
I have seen firsthand how institutions change lives when they deliver with both precision and care.
